All our deliveries are dispatched with tracking information. We will forward the number and courier contact details to you as soon as your order has been sent.

We encourage you to ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address, postal code and contact numbers to ensure your order reaches you safely. Parcels that are deemed undeliverable by the courier service will be returned to our offices. Please note that you will be charged for the redispatch of your nappies.

Our shipping fees are calculated by the value of your order as well as the destination. We strive to keep additional shipping costs down and be environmentally conscious by not adding additional packaging and removing the plastic wrappers from your nappies.

For local and main city centre deliveries we use Fastway Flyer-bags to ship your nappies. You will be able to track your parcel on their website and find the relevant contact information should you have a query. Where not overnight, Fastway has a 2 – 3 days delivery schedule.

For regional areas, you have the option to choose Pargo. When selecting the Pargo option you will be taken to a Pargo submenu allowing you to choose a convenient location closest to you for parcel collection. You will also receive a tracking number in order to track your parcel.

For larger orders, we use The Courier Guy. You will be able to track your parcel on their website and find the relevant contact information should you have a query.  The Courier Guy road freight delivery schedule is approximately 2 – 3 days.

It is also possible to select the South African Post Office for your order. This is the most economical option. We will email you the relevant information so that you can track your parcel. Orders sent by the Post office will take approximately 5-7 days.

Occasionally we will receive an order that falls outside the fee charged on checkout. We will contact you with Additional Courier options. You will be able to pay the additional fees to secure a courier services or elect to use the Post Office option for no additional cost.
