Our refills bags are 2.4kg in weight and when used daily should last approximately one month for a child and approximately 6 weeks for a baby.

There are THREE KEY FACTORS for best results.

• Follow the suggested dos age on the packaging (your scoop is inside the refill)
• Remain in the water for at least 15-20min to allow for maximum absorption.
• Use daily for best results. Magnesium only stays in the body for 8 to 10 hours, so bathing daily will help maintain good levels.
